Waited a week to get my glasses just to go and find out that the guy that submitted my glasses marked my pupillary distance wrong and both my glasses were unwearable. NOW I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for them to get re-done. Not even a "we are sorry", nothing. Never in my life has this ever happened. How can you not know how to execute your job correctly?
