Got my ole Ladies prescription filled here, good friendly people....took all the precautions with the corona,BUT a notification would of been nice for some cash, Ray ban glasses after All information was needed...3 days later we went and checked on them..They look good on her!

I had called prior to coming in about my current prescription and was told i needed to make sure I came in before the expiration date so I wouldn't have the added expense of another exam....extremely helpful when I wasn't paying attention to the date! I came in the late afternoon/early evening to order boxes of new contacts. All employees were busy helping other customers; however, I was greeted promptly and informed someone would be with me shortly. Thank you for not ignoring me. I was helped by a gentleman named Khal. He looked over all my paperwork, gave me several options for ordering and was very knowledgeable. He also answered several questions that I had about brand (switching to another brand, etc). I very much appreciated that he let me know about the option to have my contacts shipped to my home vs. having to come back into the store. As a busy professional, my time is important to me. The store was very neat, orderly and clean. The employees seemed very courteous to everyone. I also over heard an employee, might be the same gentleman that helped, speaking in Spanish to a customer (important to have bilingual employees).
