I called in to see if I can schedule an eye exam and also get a temporary pair of contacts, since I am out and have been here before. Ky, the receptionist, was rude and kept the conversation going with one word answers. Her answer to everything was “no”, and I had to ask her multiple times to elaborate to understand why. Not to mention, I had to call 4 times just to get an answer. Don’t recommend having to deal with a bad attitude unless everyone else around is closed.

The eyelab staff at the Hurst location, Denise and Arlene both went above and beyond normal customer service expected at an eye exam appointment. Comfortable setting, clean environment, and most importantly friendly knowledge staff.
