Dr. Smith and his staff provided me with excellent care during my recent visit. The facility is very nice with all of their frames being nicely displayed. Dr. Smith realized I had been wearing the wrong prescription for my contact lenses that had been prescribed by another facility, so he changed it and my vision is so much better now! Everything was handled efficiently with my VSP insurance and it took less than a week to receive my new contact lenses. I just moved to Hendersonville from California a few weeks ago and I’m so happy to have found Orgain Family Vision! I highly recommend them!

Wonderfully helpful! I missed my appointment time, and they were still able to take me as a walk-in, made sure I knew all of my options for services, and were great about plainly detailing all of the pricing option to make sure I made the most use of my vision insurance before going out of pocket. Tyler S. was wonderful, helping me pick out frames appropriate for my face that I’d like the look of on, made the usually hardest part easy, truly honest and up-front about my options for extras and their benefits/non. Great experience, will continue to use this place for my eye-care needs, one-stop-shopping! 9/17 Google won’t let me add a review so I’m editing this one :) Another fantastic experience at this location, I needed to get my new glasses adjusted and Hilary not only did so, but took the time to teach me there were so many more ways of adjustments available, in ways I didn’t know possible, to make my glasses fit better than they ever have! Hi all. Don't look any further for the best optometry experience. I was blessed to have Angel help me all along. I have a multi-faceted kaleidoscopic array of things on my eye prescription, and Angel worked her magic with all those sciences in her computer and got my lenses and frames to perfection. This has by far been my best ever eye doctor visit from start to finish. Love my glasses, love being able to see so naturally, and Angel is the best! P.S. Definitely the best pricing also as I did look around for that.
