Run far far away from this place. The people are nice but the equipment is very very poor quality and they have a very small collection of glasses. I had to pay $300 for a pair of glasses after my insurance covered $150. The first doctor got my prescription very wrong. My axis was supposed to be 26 and she wrote 15. It took 4.5 weeks to come in and it was the wrong prescription in the right eye but perfect in the left. I saw another doctor and he changed it. I go in there today and the prescription is now wrong in both the left and right since he choose to change the left as well when I told them the left was perfect before. Their equipment feels very cheap. I kept telling the Dr that I could not see out of the lense thing when he was testing me, it’s almost like it was scratched up. Go anywhere but here and save your money. They gave me a refund but had to keep 30% when your total is $403 ( which is the most I have ever had to pay for glasses) 30% is a lot. I wish I would have never walked in this store. My husband had a horrible experience as well

Total rip off and incompetent optician. Bought an eye exam and $500 worth of glasses for my daughter and script wasn't correct. Lenses were too strong and when she returned to complain they told her script was correct and they wouldn't do anything for her.
