Had an amazing experience here. Thanks, Chad, for helping me with sunglasses! edit: I messed up my glasses many, many months later and they were kind enough to fix them for free. It was great.

Stopped there after long looking at frames at this new eye glass store. Located in East Liberty on Penn Ave. Parking in front, easy access. Several competent sales persons, fully aware of their products. I pursued, chose a pair over several I looked at. I will be going there to get frames and prescription. (My) total, without compensation of my eye glass insurance will be $300.45. The quality of the frame is comparable to others in this class. The lens will be done in house at their shop, installed in house on Penn Ave. I'm looking forward to these new glasses. Thanks for reading.

Disappointed with the fitting of the frame and attitude of the staff. The frame I ordered fitted bad and the staff said "It's always good to bring the frame to the store once you get it", then what's the use of ordering it online? I do not want to visit store during a pandemic that's why I ordered online. Now since my frame wasn't fitting well they offered me to fix it but had to wait for 45 mins as the optician was on a lunch break. Fair enough, but put that on the store front, or google listing. People drive several miles, the least you can do is put it out so they know when to come. Additionally, my frame fits terrible and keeps falling off in the gym, car, kitchen and just whenever I look down. I asked if there's a way I can fix it at home if this happens again, the staff said you will have to come here, I am sorry. But disappointed!
