Dr. Janice Huet is an outstanding Optometrist! I recently had cataracts removed from both eyes and Dr. Huet was very instrumental in helping me through the decision process as well as my post operative care. She is very patient and always takes time to answer all of my questions. Eye exams are very thorough and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my vision care. Christie, the Office Manager, is very friendly and has a talent for helping a person find that perfect pair of glasses. Thank you Pittsburgh Optical!
They are the best! Store was attractive and clean. Everyone was super nice and my eye exam was quick and efficient. They didn’t have my contacts in stock so they ordered them and gave me a pair to wear in the interim so I could have my new prescription in. I have been to other optometrist in the area and this is my favorite.
Previously I've been to those big national chains and some local chains, albeit in Boston. My experience at Huet was much different, much more pleasant and professional. This is the first time I felt like I was dealing with a doctor. Dr. Huet and his associates looked out for my interests and didn't look at me like I was a $ sign. One of his associates even fixed my glasses, which my kids had mangled, while my eyes were examined. By far my best experience at an optometrist.
