Vanessa's customer service was outstanding! She is very friendly, knowledgable, professional and one of the best sales associates I have ever dealt with. She recommended the frames which she thought would look the best on me and I agreed. She took time to make sure that I was pleased with everything and told me I was welcome to come back anytime for adjustments. I give Vanessa my highest recommendation!
