I had been looking online and at other stores for weeks and couldn't find frames I liked. Dustin was so patient and friendly, and he helped find a pair I really loved. I also ordered contacts, and when it looked like they wouldn't come in before my vacation. He called the supplier and had samples sent to the store so I'd have contacts in time. Dustin called me a couple of times over the course of the week to keep me updated on whether the samples would arrive it time. Luckily they did! Great customer service by Dustin!
Manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I was charge $50.00 for a contact fitting when I was not buying contacts. I had over a years worth already. I filled out a bad review for their internal review and he called to pick a fight with me. He would not listen when I talked and snickered and mocked me when he was talking over me. He then went on to say I threatened him when not threat was given. Again shows how well he listens. He did offer to refund my money but said he would cancel and not be able to give me a prescription. I left it telling them if they need the $50 that bad they can keep it. After off the phone my wife told me he was in the office the day I got my exam and was so rude and only bad mouthed eyetique as a company and argued with people. I would avoid this location and this person as much as possible. Never had a problem with this location until this day. I still don’t understand why I was fitted for contacts when none were ever being ordered and I just got new glasses using my ins a few months ago and there is zero change in prescription.
Myself and one of my kids went to this particular store for the past couple years. Where we went before closed down and I never had to pay more then $20 past my insurance. I forked out about $600 out of pocket here. The last time we went, I asked to do the pay half now and pay other half when we pick up. The man warned me they would soon no longer offer that option. So I have begun taking the family to a new place with an in-house lab and prices that I can afford.
