My husband and I went to purchase glasses. We were there for hours. The associate was able to submit mine through insurance and had me pay. She “could not” submit for my husband saying the site was down. She said she would call with a total later and he could pay then. When she called his glasses were the same exact price as mine. I told Him that couldn’t be right as his lenses are cheaper. When we went to pick them up. He asked for a receipt. They said again “the system was down” that they would mail one. Never mailed one. Called multiple times, same BS. Submitted an online form, zero response. I think we were ripped off. Never will I use this place again or recommended it to anyone!

My husband was severely injured in an accident and his frame was broken. Noone would help repair or replace the frame without him in for a new exam, which he cannot do for months. Chrissy offered to find any frame that the lenses would fit in. She ended up being able to fix them for him. She gave him his vision back when everything else is broken for him. Thank you!

My son had his first official eye appointment so he could get glasses last week. My insurance covers just a small amount of the exam, frames & lenses, so I was pretty anxious imagining the cost of everything. Skip to the end of the appointment which was extremely thorough and pleasant, and I find out Ill have to pay at minimum $75 out of pocket. I asked the man helping my son and I if they could hold the glasses until the very next day when I was able to pay. He was very kind and understanding to my situation. He says he needs to check on something and when he comes back he lets us know that there would be no cost. I was and still am shocked. Every employee was so kind and helpful. The visit was plesant and stress free. We will definitely be going back to this location again, and Id recommend this business to anyone and everyone!
