Sarah and the rest of the America's Best staff took incredible great care of my son's and I during our visit from the moment we walked through the door. The staff was very sweet, warm, inviting, and helpful despite being slammed with calls and customers. Our appointment was at 3:20pm but I came in an hour early and they still saw us immediately. Even fixed my son's and I glasses so I felt loved lol.

I recently visited for eyeglasses after waiting much too long then went back a few weeks later to purchase a spare pair. Rachel took care of me both times and is a complete asset to your organization. She took her time going through my insurance to ensure I received the best price. She measured my progressive lenses perfectly so everything is so clear and properly focused. She is so friendly and focused on the customer. She made what I expected to be a drudging task quite pleasant!

After reading the reviews I was nervous to go to this location. I booked my husband and we were there 15 minutes early. We were seen immediately and had no wait.. the girl at the desk grace said she found our insurances the day before and told us our coverage so we weren’t surprised at the end.. then the manager stephanie waited on us for the first testing and then helped us find our glasses. They were busy but well managed. It seemed like a well oiled machine the way it was ran from the beginning to end. We got our glasses and love them. We will absolutely be back for myself and daughter. Don’t listen to the miserable reviews!
