Nolan and Dr. JT. Were amazing. It was my first exam and real glasses and they explained everything they were doing and the purpose. Nolan was so patient after about 20 pairs of trying on glasses. I thoroughly enjoyed the service and interactions I experienced from the moment I stepped through the door! (Note while out shopping, I had walked in without an appointment for the purpose of seeing what they offered). The property is spacious and very clean. At a glance, I was able to see a lovely array of frames. I was greeted in a friendly and courteous manner (thanks Jahvy). My questions were thoroughly answered. I was further impressed that I could get an examination on the spot. They definitely use newer technology. During the examination, I was treated with both care and respect. The doctor explained the test results in an easy to understand way. I continued through the process of selecting a beautiful frame at an affordable cost (not a mortgage payment rate). I received a well left voicemail to pick up my glasses in less than a week. I tried them on, was very satisfied with the outcome and was on my way out the door in less than 15 minutes. I would 100% recommend this location if you want a clean, quick, professional, and overall amazing experience.
