I've been coming back to this office for checkups and prescriptions for glasses since approximately 2006 - i.e., for over fifteen years. Dr. Katie Phillips is a very nice person, very friendly, she has a lot of experience and have not received from her anything but good advice. It is a nice cozy office. The fact that it has been at the same location for many years speaks for itself. Her staff is also welcoming, professional, and friendly. Cannot say anything but good words about them. Dr. Phillips has been there forever. She usually has one more doctor working at her office, I cannot comment on that because I only had Dr. Phillips as my eye doctor.
Been coming here for several years now. Was wanting to find a place that takes their time to make sure you’re getting the right prescription (reminding you not to squint to see during the test haha), which I appreciate! Dr. Phillips and her crew are amazing!
Once again I left my appointment feeling extremely well taken care of by Dr. Phillips and her staff! Turns out that I have been in her care for over five years now and only feel more strongly about recommending West Hills Vision Care for your eye care health. The people make the difference!
