I purchased glasses from here and ended up not liking how the frame looked on me. I wanted to go back to my old frame and did not have a spare glass. They let me keep the new frame as a loaner while they updated the prescription on my old frame. They are always nice and helpful.
Was easy to set up an appointment online. The entire staff was very pleasant and caring. The whole process was smooth and I felt very taken care of while there. Wish I remembered specific names since they deserve the recognition. Will make this my primary location for eye care
Literally have been trying to get ahold of a real person for 2 weeks to talk about the appointment I have in 30 minutes....I keep getting hung up on and all I want to know is how much a basic eye exam costs. Iris and Vivian leave voicemails with return numbers that dont pick up. Only time i spoke to a real person they couldnt even tell me if they accepted my insurance...Ridiculous and will never even attempt to do business with these people again
