Excellent customer service from the entire staff. My glasses were ready incredibly quickly and they did an amazing job in dealing with my insurance for me so I didn’t have to worrying about it. I worked with Semear who was fantastic. I had a ton of fun picking out frames with him. There frames are on the expensive side (or at least the ones I picked out were - they probably have cheaper options), however I am fine with paying a bit more to get a high quality stylish frame that fits properly since I wear them every day.
I recently had an eye exam here and I'm so glad I found this place. The staff here is great. They made everything so easy and were super accommodating to my work schedule. They were attentive, always made sure I was comfortable, efficiently processed my insurances and made sure I understood everything. Top tier customer service! My exam was smooth from beginning to end, and Dr. Gwen (Bui) was amazing. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
