I was very impressed by the speedy and friendly service at this place. Unfortunately, the frames are cheap and fall apart within a year. There is absolutely no warranty and no sense of responsibility. I bought two pair of glasses and both fell apart the same way. He told me I was maybe taking them off wrong! He would not even give me a discount on a different frame. He sent me to a repair store that wanted to charge me 80 dollars to fix them. I am so profoundly disappointed.

I went in today looking for a holiday miracle and that's exactly what I got! I need to make a long drive tomorrow and with my broken glasses, I was in a total panic. I looked online for the best reviewed place as I knew it was a tall order to have them repair in such a short amount of time. The gentleman that greeted me was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, after showing him my metal glasses, he told me that they didn't have a welder and couldn't repair them. He recommended a local place that could but also offered to take the time to search the store for a possible replacement frame that he could put my lenses into. After truly looking through about every option they had, like a miracle on the last few pairs available, he found a potential match. Took them to the back room and presto, a few minutes later I had a perfectly fitting frame with my old lenses. I actually like them more than my original pair! Granted my chances were slim, he totally pulled it off and sent me on my way with some very reasonably priced replacement frames that perfectly fit my lenses.

I needed a quick fix on the plastic piece on my glasses that sits on my nose. Loved that he was open on Saturday, No appointment necessary. Fixed them perfectly. His work was fast and cheap and he was very friendly. Great selection of glasses on display too. I'll go back again!
