Great experience at Parkrose Vision. The staff was friendly and helpful with my questions. Dr. Kim and her assistant told me what procedures were being done and why they were being done. Doctor Kim was very thorough explaining aspects of my exam. She had me look at the photos of inside my eyes and explained to me what she saw. It was reassuring knowing exactly what the health of my eyes were. Considering I didn't have insurance I thought the pricing was reasonable. Would recommend PV to anyone.
The Optometrist is very nice, easy to talk to and I felt at ease. She was very thorough as well as quick. All members of their team provided great customer service and helped me pick out frames that were included in my vision plan, so no cost except for cost of lens treatments of my preference. I am very happy with my experience and the glasses I picked out. I will return here for years to come.
Everyone was super helpful and understanding! Dr. Kim was very efficient and knowledgeable plus she was very patient with my son she showed him how to apply and take out his first set of contact lenses. I would recommend Dr. Kim and her staff to anyone who is looking for a comprehensive eye exam! Thank you Parkrose Vision!
