I love this place! They are always courteous, professional, prompt and helpful. Dr Anna Nguyen has managed my care for the last 7 years and I am so happy with her. She always takes plenty of time to listen and answer all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Ogata Eye Care.
The doctor was very pleasant both times I went. But while I wasn't told about a copay while I was there, I got a bill for $40 after my appointment mailed to my street address, not my mailing address. It had a big yellow Past Due stamp on it and a late charge for a 30 day old bill. So now my new landlords think I'm a deadbeat. Thanks Ogata Eye Care! Heres your $40 and your one star review.
I'm happy with how they've been working with me to find the right contact lens prescription - not an easy task due to the nature of my prescription. I feel optimistic that even if contacts never work out for me, we will have given a good try with all the available options.
