Best experience I've ever had at an eye clinic. Dr Nguyen is awesome, super friendly. Took the time to answer all of my questions during my exam. He was very professional and upfront about everything start to finish. The gentleman at the front desk was amazing as well. He was super helpful and very engaging. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

Dr Tuan spent an hour with me, getting to know me, hearing my concerns and doing extensive eye tests with his high tech equipment. I left feeling more informed about my eye health and in good hands for any future issues. He’s genuinely caring and respectful.

I made an appointment several weeks ahead of time. I was told I’d get an appointment reminder. I was also asked to fill out forms so they could get information from My previous eye doctor. They said they’d call and confirm once they got those. They never called to confirm they got the documents and they never called to remind me of my appointment. I tried rescheduling for a Saturday. I’m a nurse and have a rotating schedule and don’t get guaranteed days off but I always have weekends. He told me Saturday’s were to desirable of appointment days so he refused to schedule me on one. I told him I could wait for a few weeks until one was available and I was told no. As an updated response: I have both a cell phone and home phone number which are provided. And both of them say my name. There’s is not a single number that I have that does NOT identify me. I was at home the entire day and no call was made on the landline or on the cell phone. No reminder was given either. This response is absolutely ludicrous. It is clear this company doesn’t care to do business especially, when Saturday are what works and I mentioned I was willing to wait for an available appointment even if it took weeks. I was referred here on a high recommendation— this is a complete joke. Especially being told that Saturday’s are to desirable to schedule a client. It’s clear that clients are not what this company cares about. In your own response you say you’ll gladly reschedule when availability allows. So basically you’re saying you have absolutely no Saturday appointments… ever. I told the gentleman I was willing to wait and he said absolutely not. After getting home from work at 10:00 pm the ONLY times I have ever been contacted by Gresham eye care in the last month was on a landline on 5/18 at 1:39 pm, 5:04 pm, and 5:06 pm. My name IS in the voicemail and one was not left. The voicemail clearly states “C****** and Brianna”. Not a single attempt on the cell phone. And since you make such bogus responses the reason I didn’t make the appointment and I forgot about it was due to my mother having an unexpected surgery. Instead of just writing people off and making them feel like they aren’t good enough to get a Saturday appointment— ever— perhaps your office should show a bit of compassion and accountability (especially when it comes to claiming about phone calls).
