I had an exceptional experience here with my son. Everybody seemed to actually care about taking the time to get things right. Dr. Palmer was incredibly thorough, and in my case my kiddo could have either gotten glasses or not so I left the decision in my child's hands. I never got the feeling that Dr. Palmer was steering him one direction or the other; just explaining the facts to him and letting him decide. We decided to go for the glasses, and the people running the front of the practice were also very nice and patient. My kid tried on a bunch of glasses and honed in on something he likes. If you're in the area and you need vision care, this is a no-brainer.
