I have gotten 4 pairs of glasses from them, using frames I bring into the store. I have dealt with a different person every time, and each one I have interacted has been a true professional. No matter how busy they are, they take their time to ensure everything is processed and measured accurately. Whoever manages and trains these folks needs a raise, cause it's some of the best customer experiences I have had, and I can be a real PITA if I have a bad one. Fer realz. Can't recommend highly enough!
Dr. Yim is the one you need to see. She gave me a perfect prescription for my glasses. She’s really sweet and will answer all of your questions. She takes the time with you even at a busy Costco. You don’t need to go to some expensive Optometrist when she’s at this Costco. She’s a must to see. I recommend her to my mom and she treated her great.
I’ve been going to High end optical and always said that I’ll never shop at Costco Vision Center. Well, I was wrong! Costco has great selection and great deals, and the customer service is always great, a special thank you to Meegan at the Costco Vision center on 138th street. Shes the best, honest, great with product knowledge and always greats me with a warm smile. I will be coming back amd telling my friends and family about my great experiences. They also have Tom Ford glasses that fit my wide face! This never happens! Thank you Costco 138th vision center!
