Dr. Lawson, Caryn and the team at Bethany Optical Vision were wonderful! They were very friendly and gracious. They’re always very professional and their services are excellent. I highly recommend them.
I’ve been going to Dr Lawson since I first got glasses in 2001. He’s an incredible human being and an excellent doctor. I had a detached retina and he helped me quickly get seen at the hospital and prepped for surgery. My last appointment my childcare fell through and everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming to my two young kids who were forced to come along. Highly recommend Dr Lawson and his whole team.
Unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend this place. The staff here takes appointments, cancels it at a short notice and when asked for a follow-up or re-scheduling, their response is we have appointments only for urgent cases. If after an eye exam you don't take glasses from them, the staff seems upset. If you raise a concern, doctor Lawson gets super defensive and starts sending rude emails. Overall, there are better places as they seem to just not care.
