Great service and care. My visit to Beaumont Vision with Dr. Lewis was great. His knowledge and explanations about my eye exam was very helpful and informative. His staff took care of me of from the moment I stepped into the office and felt very comfortable. The frame selections were great and there was many options for me to choose the right pair of glasses.
I had bought a pair of frames over a year ago from Beaumont Vision and then had a momentary loss of concentration while riding a powered scooter, and they were gone. Beaumont Vision was able to schedule me in the very next day. While my frames were not able to be fixed, they were somehow able to locate a replacement frame for me that was sitting on a shelf. They were incredibly kind and efficient in swapping out the lenses and ensuring that the new frames worked for me. If it was just that, it would be an incredible customer service story. What they didn’t know is that I was having a monumental bad month and this act of kindness not only restored my vision, but my hope. Words fail at expressing my gratitude. You have a customer and an advocate for life, thank you so much
I am a regular patient of Dr. Lewis and have nothing but good things to say about. the quality of service. But this warrants an extra mention. This evening I was walking my two English Labs and they tripped me up. I broke my only pair of glasses. I called the office at roughly. 5:35 pm on a Friday evening,. They popped my lenses into a loaner pair and I was home by 6 pm. Incredible. So thankful.
