Robert is my favorite :) we always have the best conversations. Doctors and staff are great but robert is the special cherry on top that pulls it all together, he has a great sense of taste for helping with glasses and ACTUALLY honest if they look good or not, he doesnt just tell you what you wanna hear which is HUGE for me. I got an eye exam done last year during a really busy time at my job. I wasn’t able to get child care for my appointment so I brought along my toddler. The assistant that did my initial tests before I saw the doctor was WONDERFUL. She was kind, empathetic towards my nervousness about my child etc. if she was my actual doctor I would have been so happy. The actual doctor was cold, distant and rude. She made uncomfortable faces towards my daughter and offered no signs of empathy. I apologized profusely sensing her attitude and she just turned her lip up in silence like a robot. I was talked into making a follow up appointment when I really didn’t want to due to being super busy and I ended up missing it. She charged me for missing the appointment. I didn’t receive any notification that I owed money via email or call until I got a letter in the mail for it being 120 days overdue. The absolute worst experience with an eye doctor I have ever had. I would never rebook or continue to go to this location. Beware.
I am tired of calling and asking this business to return my calls. While things went well, all was great, but the moment I had a question I was given conflicting answers. The co-owner of the business has not returned my call in 6 business days. I did not receive my prescription during my last visit, I asked that it be e-mailed and I still don’t have it. My exam was on Nov 2nd. During the eye exam I noticed that my right eye vision was “milky,” and I separated my face from the instrument only to find out it was poorly cleaned so I cleaned it myself with the eye doctor in presence. I started going here because it was close, convenient and had decent reviews. It all went well while there were no problems. The moment there was one, I am being avoided. I don’t recommend this business and they can’t get me back. I just want my prescription and I am going elsewhere.
