I came in this Spring, March for a contact lens exam. The staff were professional and respectful, but not the optometrist herself. She didn't express any care and warmth for her patients. She was abrubt and impatient overall, and showed annoyance in answering my questions. I only had a few. She never asked how I was. Overall, doesn't seem to like her job here. I do NOT recommend coming to this place. There are so many choices for a checkup with professionals who are caring and kind instead of making you feel like they don't have time for you! Lastly, the optometrist herself was condensing in her explanation of policies and procedures. We are all still living through a pandemic, I don't think anybody needs to ruin their day with rude service.

Got appointment dates wrong; got bad eye test, and refused to lower price of the next exam. They got the prescription completely worse, even making it harder to see in the glasses. Not very kind staff either

Uncomfortable waiting area. Especially when it's cold outside, these metal seats are even cold. But thankfully the staff and Dr. are warm and welcoming. Easy smooth appointment and was happy it was so easy.
