DO NOT GO HERE! Dr. Was fantastic, but guy who ordered my contacts told me 5-7 days to come in. Day seven arrived no contacts and was told needed to be reordered. I was told “ I don’t know what to tell you. “ when asked as to why. I asked more questions with same reply. Shows me the incompetence of the office workers. If you can’t or won’t answer the consumer’s questions......maybe you should find out something you’re qualified to do so you can have answers to questions pertaining to questions asked by consumers. Worst experience I’ve had excluding the Dr.

My first time getting glasses at Eyemart Express. It won’t be my last! Chuck was wonderful. Asked all the right questions. Helped with frame selection, from an amazing number of choices. Discussed lens choices. It was a friendly very positive experience. I love my new glasses!

I woke up to my mother's dog eatting my glasses. I went to the vision center to get new frames fully aware I was going to probably have to pay for a vision screening and the new glasses out of pocket. The lady told me they would probably no be able to fit the lenses to new frames but took the glasses to the back. When she came back they were like new. She replaced the temple guards and twisted it back into shape and cleaned them. When we asked how much she told us they were free. I couldn't be more thankfull to her for saving me the hassle and money of getting them repla ed over the holidays. Thank you so much!

Lucy did a fabulous job of sincerely hearing what I was looking for and helping me choose frames. She assisted with insurance and made me aware of a benefit for a free second pair of single vision glasses that we had no idea existed. The entire experience was phenomenal. Price and quality was excellent as well.
