There were a lot of things wrong with my visit here. the doctor who saw me did not seem very competent and had an ankle bracelet on. When I went to pick up my glasses, the script was wrong and the opticians apprentice who helped me didn’t know how to adjust glasses and told me “maybe you can do more at home I’m not sure how to do this”. They tried to charge me to remake the glasses and the doctor couldn’t understand that I was unable to see out of the script he originally gave me until I adamantly told him I couldn’t see. 0/10 recommend.

Usually go to walmart vision center in stow. They were booked and I was out of contacts with an expired script. So I foolishly took what was available. My follow up exam I told her I could feel the contacts in my eyes, I have worn contacts for 20 years NEVER had that problem. She called it contact lens awareness. An issue I should not have being a wearer all these years. Whatever, i buy my contacts and go home. I later find my old script the base curve she wrote me for is WRONG. Duh that is why I can feel them they aren't the right size. Next time I will plan ahead and wait for an appointment in Stow Go to stow the eye Dr there knows what she is doing.

I walked in at closing time and asked the tech " sanya" if she could fix my glasses and she said absolutely, then I asked how much for fixing them and she said how about a smile,.very professional, I thank you very much.

I purchased my glasses 3 weeks ago and once they called for me to come and pick them up, I was greeted outside the line, the rope that keeps you from going inside the area and handled my new glasses. The lady who works there told me if I have any problems to go see my eye doctor if I have any problems and walk away after handling me my glasses. I was taken back by that comment, no chances of having a adjustment or even my paperwork to show I picked my glasses. After walking around the store to try out my glasses, I went back to speak up about the glasses, only come to see the lady behind the area was gone. Extremely unhappy with this type of customer service and will be making a formal complaint

We have been using this store in Kent for years. As a family there are 4 with glasses and they accommodate us as a group when we plan our appointments. The receptionist has been a blessing and offered to hand deliver a document during the Covid lock down, for my son’s school paperwork and prescription information. I’m immune compromised and Cindy went way beyond her job to help me. She has for years, offered a pleasant phone experience and appointment interactions. We love our doctor as well. She is kind and helpful with our problems. The only issue we ever had was with a condescending white-haired lady who skipped us, taking someone else first, while we waited at another fitting desk. It must have been an off day, which can happen, as we’re all human. Otherwise, it is generally a very pleasant atmosphere from the moment we go in. We also appreciate the later hours for working families. Thanks for the consistent good service over the years.
