I’ve been coming to college towns vision for about 5 years maybe. I enjoy being able to contact my eye doctors through my chart, and it’s helpful to have my vision documents there in case I need to get classes/contacts online. They are pretty excellent about trying to squeeze me in, and they’ve worked with me and my terrible eyes when it comes to contacts (trying out a LOT! Probably more than is covered in the contact fee because I’m such a hard fit). They were also really understanding about a pricing error (their error), which I wasn’t expecting. I haven’t had any issues with parking out back or front either. Overall, I’d recommend since they have good contact fitting options, I like contacting my vision doctor through MyChart, and everyone is pleasant to work with. There are also frequently summer and winter sales.
Edit: I appreciate they've offered to talk to me about this but two separate employees made the company's priorities crystal clear, making it right to me afterwards cuz I complain doesn't make it any better. Front desk staff and nurses were great! If it weren't for them this would be a one-star review Doctor was nice initially, very friendly during the exam, Dr refused to tell me how far apart my eyes were unless I bought a pair of glasses and kept them past the two week return window. I just need blue light filtering glasses for God's sake in order to reduce strain. I don't need the prescription the doctor agreed, I was trying to see a medical professional not a commissioned salesperson, if I ask my general practitioner how much I weigh he doesn't tell me no I need to get you on a diet plan first! It's completely obvious that they're only interested in you if they can milk money out of you they don't care about you at all Severe lack of medical professionalism cash is King.
Very knowledgeable and experienced staff. Good selection of eyewear and they troubleshoot issues for no cost. They helped get rid of my migraines by fixing my vision, I'd been over corrected for years and didn't know it! They take their time.
