Lakeview Eye Care has always been great to me. Dr Chad Lehtonen has always been very thorough and is a pleasure to see every time. He has made key recommendations that have improved my vision and quality of life. Friendly staff. Highly Recommend.

Update: after contacting BBB I received a refund of 62.35 but no copy of my prescription. I am no happy to write this review. But I must. The quality of service has significantly declined since my family and I started with this practice. Last year I went in for my routine and I was asked about both my insurances. The receptionist asked for a co pay of $72.35 and said the rest would be billed. I told her that the copay is typically just $10. She said to let them bill me and I would get something in the mail and a refund once the insurance company paid. I never received any documentation. I was denied a copy of my prescription and have called countless times with 5 voicemail that never have been returned. I am so disappointed. I never expected this treatment. I would love to continue to support small business but not sacrificing my funds and respect.

Lakeview Eyecare staff is always helpful and friendly. Dr. Chad is the best! He really cares about his patients and really knows his stuff. AND he always has a joke to share! The whole staff makes visiting their office a pleasure.
