What a rip off. Cost me 1500.00 for a pair of glasses. We’re not very kind. Hated the frames, but had no good other options. Very few frames. They were going to charge me extra to change frames! Only reason they get one star is for the dr. Who was great.
I had a recent experience when my daughter went in for a routine eye exam with a $20 co-pay and at some point during the exam it switched to a medical eye exam, which resulted in a $140 bill, with NO communication this was happening and these charges would be occurring! The billing manager at this eyecare place was rude and asked my entire family to leave their eyecare practice!
Dr. Guy is Very knowledgeable as a doctor, friendly and is highly respected by the professionals in the optometric community - I know, I'm in the industry. He also does a lot for the community as he organized & managed community outreach and eye screening programs to help kids at Special Olympics
