This was the best experience at an eye doctor that I have ever had! The nicest staff, knowledgeable eye doctor that gave an extremely educational and in depth exam. A ton of choices for glasses and helpful experts that help you order. They break down the price and insurance, so there is no surprise. I won’t go anywhere else.
Every single person I interacted with in the store and office was amazing. Super nice. Super helpful. The guy who helped me with the contacts - I am so sorry I didn't get his name - but he was the most helpful person to ever help me with contacts in my entire life. Also one of the best doctors I have had. Everyone was super nice and very helpful.
Love that they accept many insurances especially Medicaid/Medicare which is hard to find now a days.They always have deals/coupons & the latest technology. Every visit is efficient & the customer service is top tier. Everyone is friendly & knowledgeable from the doctors, techs to retail. Special thanks to the tech Ky who helped ease my anxiety during my first contact fitting & feel supported through the process.
