I’ve gone to this location for years, 5+ years. Never have had an interaction like this. RAQUEL was very rude as I called to inquire on my glasses. I am a Registered Nurse and have to travel to service frontline as we navigate our current pandemic situation. Very rude, unprofessional, and plain disrespectful. Very sad they have turned into this. Raquel needs some training in professionalism and client servicing. While the Dr.’s are great, most of the NEW basic level staff are absolutely not— namely Raquel. We are all adjusting to life after pandemic— some caring assistance goes a long way guys, come on! Let’s do better—

Yes the doctor to seem to be good. The office that could be a lot friendlier and less judgmental. One thing that is critical about doing business in America is to have a set schedule and business hours. My family has been in business since the turn of the century and I do know the burden of overhead when times are slow but people need their eyesight probably the most out of their senses. People usually go after work to pick up their glasses. And closing at noon closing at 3:00 closing whenever makes it difficult. So for fluctuating closing hours and might recommend it a box or some other way for people to get there glasses.
