The workers were really nice but so so slow! My appointment took an hour and a half for the same contacts I’ve been wearing for 15 years. My husband had an appointment for contacts and he is new to contacts. Staff was super unhelpful to him.
Everybody on staff and the doctor are amazing. Brought my son here first and received such incredible customer service that I came back for my contact lens exam. The doctor was set on getting me the perfect prescription even after trying on a couple. Great selection on glasses too. My little son looks great in his Ray-Ban frames and transition lenses.
I had such a good experience here! I was a little nervous and didn't know what to expect since some of the reviews were negative, but nope! Everyone was extremely sweet and helpful! All of the girls that helped me were so nice. Dr. Olguin was awesome too. His prescription was perfect and he listened to my concerns about the contacts I was having issues with before. I left there feeling so excited that I finally was wearing comfortable contacts and my vision was crystal clear. I definitely recommend this place!
