My visit was excellent the doctor was intelligent professional polite and helpful and provided alot of information on my eye exam. Thank you Dr. However once I started to look at glasses Lynette came to help she was helpful at first but developed a rude demeanor while making inappropriate comments. Please send her to a customer service class of professionalism on how to treat customers in a nice manner.
Unfortunately I am at the age where I had to get bifocals, but thankfully Zachary made the process more comfortable. His customer service and all-around knowledge help make the transition that much easier than I thought it would be! Thank you Zachary for helping me get through this process I love my glasses!
I just got my lenses replaced in both my sunglasses and regular glasses and the value you get for the service and product is hard to beat. I love the quality of the lenses and this location has the nicest staff. It's a bit of a drive for me but they are worth it. Zachary is a master at fitting the glasses to fit perfectly, he is knowledgeable, courteous and always willing to offer his help.
