Visionworks Pavilions at San Mateo

My mom and I both went here to get our glasses and they are perfect! Professional staff, great selection, fair prices, they have it all! Compared to other places in Albuquerque this is the only place I will ever go from now on when I need new glasses. Just a note, at the moment they do not have an optometrist.

First time customer. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. They helped me find the right glasses for my big noggin. They explained my benefits clearly as well. Definitely will be coming back for my next pair.

First off it took over 2 months to see an optometrist. I would of changed locations but since we have gone there before I figured it was best for my kids. I was wrong they had no previous info of any last visits. Which I feel is important to know so that way we, and they know if there's any change in vision. Now we have been waiting over a month for my son's "trial" pair of contacts. I finally got ahold of a supervisor and he has no info on status or even if they were ordered. The previous employees have continually told me all contacts are on back order so they weren't sure when they would come in. This is after looking up my sons info. Very unprofessional and this will be our last time going through vision works. I'm going to try and get my prescription from them to go elsewhere.
