It is always a pleasure visiting Orbit. They have a friendly, professional staff and always provide great service service and assistance picking out your frames and lenses. As much as one could love a doctor's office, I love this place!
Dr was fine. He did a good job. However my glasses lenses are not working for me. I’ve gone back multiple times for adjustments and a remake of the lenses. But after trying to use them for months the glasses are unusable for me. My prescription hadn’t changed but the old progressive lenses were made with wide channels. Making focusing from far to near really smooth. I am not one to promote Walmart for glasses but I’m going to have to go there and now pay out of pocket because they can do the wide channel lenses. The low stars are because I wasn’t told that they did or did not wide channels. I should have asked but at the same time they inspected my old glasses and they should have noticed the difference. I do. At any rate. The people were nice. I felt I was a burden going back multiple times. It became it was coming down to the fact that those glasses were not going to work for me. So I’ll be going to Walmart to have my lenses made.
