My original appointment was rescheduled due to the doctor being out of town that week, which was okay, finally went in on the day they rescheduled me for, the doctor didn’t show up. They did state that there might of been an emergency, this was my first time here. So personally not a great first experience, they were nice to at least let me know 30 min after waiting that they weren’t sure what time Dr. Jarrell would be showing up. I thought I would receive a follow up today or something, but just will be going somewhere else. I was really disappointed since this place has great reviews.
Sweet welcome in the door. Ladies were very helpful and accommodating! My appointment was supposed to be rescheduled, I didnt get the message. The staff still helped me and was seen same day anyway! Doctor Jarrell is amazing! Had me in and out within the half hour! Highly reccomend this place! Thank you to the Staff at Orbit Eyecare!
Called 5/29/22. Made appointment July 15 Friday @10:50. Called 6/30 to verify insurance. Heather told me I didn't have an appointment. Schedule in a month. I couldn't talk anymore. Cat called to say come in July 15. Good visit. Went to pick up lens. They were wrong. Three weeks later I got my lens.
