I went in on a busy Saturday, and even though they were seeing a lot of customers the staff was attentive. I was lucky to work with Barbara S., who pulled off a minor miracle in helping me get a pair of glasses same day! (I already had my prescription, and the lenses were in the back--don't want to set unreasonable expectations here!) Even with a lot of customers in the store, she put it all together in a matter of hours and saved me from going on a work trip half-blind. Looking forward to the other super-cute pairs I bought. Great selection, good discounts, stellar staff. Thank you Barbara!

I have been going to the Coronado Mall location for six years now. They have the best frame selection in the city and the associates are super helpful. Barb helped me choose my frames last year and Tonatiuh helped me this year. Both were super friendly, helpful, and patient. I like to try on lots of frames. The gentleman that checked me in for my appointment was very friendly and explained all the tests before I met with Dr. Sandoval. This was my first exam with Dr. Sandoval and I had a late afternoon appointment. He was very kind, answered all my questions, and explained all my options. I didn't feel rushed and he made sure my contact lens were comfortable and a great fit. I recommend this store to all my friends and co-workers. Top-notch staff and customer service!

All the employees at the Lenscrafters in the Coronado Mall in New Mexico are truly fabulous. I recently had double cataract surgery & needed new distance eyeglasses, clear & sun, asap. I received the glasses quickly & they were perfect. Couldn't be done without them. They should all get a raise & praise from their bosses.
