I received excellent service when shopping for a new pair of glasses. The associate working with me (Maria) clearly explained what additional treatments needed to be done to my lenses, and at what cost. My lenses came back from the lab in a few days, as opposed to the week+ that I was expecting. When my child needed a new pair of glasses, I didn’t hesitate to bring her to the same location. Again, the associate working with us (Adair) was incredible. He had a great demeanor with my child and took the measurements for her bifocals twice, ensuring they’d be accurate. He also clearly explained what insurance would cover, and what needed to be paid out of pocket. Excellent service from store #241! I will easily recommend them to anyone needing new glasses.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Briana. She is absolutely outstanding. She is very nice and knew exactly what type of glasses I was looking for. Since I am particular about glasses She helped me find some of my likings and was honest with feedback when I tried on some. I am also pleased with the selection of glasses and prices. I will definitely be getting all my glasses from there. Thank you Briana and the staff that made my lenses within an hour.

I came in the store, in tears, because I thought I was going blind from a medication I am taking. Bit dramatic- I know. But I just got a new prescription less than 4 months ago from another business and my medication does have a side effect of permanent vision loss. The staff here not only consoled me, they really made me feel heard and reassured me that they would find the answers. They got me seen with a doctor pretty quickly. We basically found out that the other business under corrected me and did not account for my astigmatism— but y’all I couldn’t read road signs or even see the words on my desktop anymore- I was spooked for a minute. Anyway, They didn’t make me feel silly for it being such a simple fix. And On top of that they were able to fix my lenses on both my glasses and sunglasses and it took less than an hour. Briana helped me get my order ready. She is the sweetest person, she answered all my questions and throughly went through what I was getting done. What I really appreciated about her was that her primary priority was making sure every customer was comfortable in their new pair of glasses and thoroughly answered any questions they had. I wish I could name some of the other staff members by name, especially the gentleman who made my sunglasses fit just a little better, but every single one of them was incredible both at Iris Eyecare, and Eyemart Express. They share this location and I highly recommend this place for your optometry needs. Thanks guys! Given y’all a 20/20
