Eyeglass World

First of all, I had purchased eyeglasses at Eyeglass World on Wyoming when I first moved to Albuquerque 24 years ago. One pair of the frames I had purchased were titanium. They were the best frames I have ever had. I had new lenses put in them many times as my prescription changed and they held up beautifully. Now, I have purchased new frames and sunglasses from Eyeglass World at 9301 Coors Blvd, NW, Albuquerque and just love them! Customer Service at this location is the very best! At first, I was a bit upset when I realized that Adam had included damage insurance in the pricing without my knowledge. However, I found that to be a very important feature when I dropped my glasses and scratched both lenses right in my direct line of site. I took the glasses in and immediately was treated respectfully. They processed a lens replacement for me. I had the new lenses within a week. Everyone at this location is extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this location and will continue to give them my business.

My experience getting one pair of glasses using insurance at Eyeglass World was pleasant and went smoothly. Adam and Dom were polite, knowledgeable and professional. The frame arrived on time, and the shop contacted me promptly when it arrived. Adam had a good knowledge of a fairly uncommon condition that my prescription was addressing.

First off.. friendliest staff! Dr.Montoya was wonderful..he was friendly and hilarious! I was very nervous but he made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. He was very thorough in explaining to me my vision and any concerns, etc. The rest of the staff was helpful in assisting me selecting frames. Overall a great experience and will continue to come back.
