When I went to Eyeglass world this morning to get my yearly contacts, Michelle got me out of there very quickly with the best deal she could find for me. I already had a prescription, so I was in and out within a half hour of showing up. Michelle was very kind and professional, and really made it a point to find the best deal with my insurance. I previously had a horrible experience with Stanton Optical, and this wonderful experience at Eyeglass World convinced me that I should never ever go back to Stanton. Thank you Eyeglass World, for always taking care of me :) I’ve never, in 8 years of going to Eyeglass World, had a bad experience.
I went to the eyeglass world on Wyoming blvd in Albuquerque NM, for the first time 07/20/2022, to have my eyes checked. Then again on 7/21/2022 to have my sons eye checked. Today we collected my sons spectacles. All three days I found the staff to be very attentive and courteous. The eye doctor was exceptional and a thorough professional. The optician Mari was an excellent host and went out of her way to help us. Keep it up.
When you enter the store, you will be immediately greeted. Everyone was busy, and yet everyone was friendly and helpful. They send text reminders for appointments, directions to the store, and will offer you open times when available. They have a TON of fashionable frames and are always running deals. I am a new and satisfied customer, but will update here if things change!
