Was given a rebate for Acuvue contacts; Acuvue rebate website did not recognize Contact Lens Gallery, therefore no rebate given. Contacted the business on three separate occasions, no one ever called me back. Also, no employees (doctor included) smiled, ever.
They honor our Second Amendment rights! Historically, this place has had Friendly knowledgeable staff. It's also been a busy place, but the wait was reasonable. For some reason today, the scheduling process was disorganized and the service unreliably slow. We made an appointment for sports glasses because they told us they could make them over the phone. When we got there, checked in, & waited for 10 minutes, a polite gentleman working there told me they don't make those. Wha? We asked them to fax my records to Accent on Vision & it took them ALL day long to do it even though they said they could do it in less than an hour. Maybe they're too busy now to give quality service. I like the cleanliness of the facility. They are still professional. I'll just keep an eye on this to see if it's a repeating problem.
I’ve had my eyes checked at this practice for 4 yrs now and have always been satisfied. Even when they’re busy, they find a way to get me an appointment. Dr. Chavez is great to work with. Front desk isn’t always on time, but they’re helpful.
