The staff and associates really ease my anxiety. Appointments are required but they are very quick. I got what I needed and they even helped me figure out what my insurance would pay the most for so I saved money. This was my second appointment and I will continue to come here for my eye care needs
I've been a patient of Dr. Baumstark for years. She is professional and thorough. The glasses may be a bit more than the eyeglass supermarts, but the service for the glasses is exemplary. Not only that, but the next time your prescription changes you can get lenses for the frame you have. The service and professionalism of the whole team is why I'll keep returning.
From all the reviews I'm seeing now. I'm sorry I didn't put this up sooner to warn others! This place only gets 2 stars because of the care and thoroughness the eye doctor gave for me and my fiancé. Other than that, it's waaay to overpriced and the quality isn't anything different from what you can get from any other eye glass place. A friend of mine paid a little over $3 for 2 pairs with nice lenses elsewhere, while I paid double for my one pair even after using insurance! I really needed the glasses though so at the time I had to just buy them. But definitely the last time I shop here if I can help it! Also front desk and even some of the sales ladies were very short and made my experience very uncomfortable having to ask them to explain bogus prices after they already told me lower prices prior.
