Called to ask a question about glasses and insurance but the person who answered could not give me an answer. Instead of offering to put me in touch with someone who might know the answer or to hear my second question, she rudely told me to hold and put me on hold before I could say anything. It was pretty clear she had no intention of finishing the call. After waiting 25 minutes the hold service ends and goes to an automated voice recording. Finding the right pair of glasses or contacts is an important decision, one to be handled with care. It's pretty clear you won't get that here if this is how they answer the phone. Don't waste your time if you're looking for good customer service.

Saw other comments about this being an insurance scam, I believe them now. They called me back twice to confirm my appointment, told me they took my insurance on the phone and in person, never once did they even mention the copay at the beginning of my appointment. As soon as it was time to pay they told me last minute that they do not take my insurance and I have to pay full price. While one of the workers said that the problem was that the portal for my insurance wouldn’t open. Costumer service is awful and unhelpful. They only tell you the details of your payment after in order to make you pay full price.

I loved this location. I made appointment the evening before and glasses ready within 5 days. The employees were awesome, appointment was on time, and Dr was thorough. The vibe was great, the receptionist, Ajera (I know I jacked the name up) danced with me. Jill was amazing and answered all my questions and was very helpful. This is a great location.

I could not have asked for a more positive experience with Dr. Bucciero and his entire staff. Beginning with Dr. Bucciero’s most courteous and pleasant receptionist, followed by preliminary testing and examination by his kind and very professional assistant, and, finally, the most comprehensive, thorough eye examination I have ever had (even better than that provided by the ophthalmologists at my medical group) — together with Dr. Bucciero’s excellent explanations, wonderful “bedside manner”, and obvious total knowledge of his medical specialty — I can not imagine a better eye exam and total medically-related experience. Simply stated, my appointment with Dr. Bucciero, and experience with his office, met the very highest standards possible. I can not imagine better treatment and recommend Dr. Bucciero absolutely and unequivocally. He is a superstar.
