Upon entrance, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had an appointment at 3 pm and asked if there were any earlier availabilities, since I arrived earlier than expected. Luckily they had an opening and was able to bump up my appointment. As a first time customer, the process was very quick and my whole experience here was great. Rude staff. They stop taking walk ins at 2pm… 6 minutes late by the time parked and walked in. Not like we came at 2:30 then I’ll understand. But 6 minutes… completely unacceptable. They close at 7pm anyways. Its not like you’ll be going home at 7:06pm
