I had an eye exam few weeks back. I didn't care for any of the glasses. I just wanted some plain rectangle frames. They didn't have any, they were all different shapes and 2tone sparkle. I felt pressured and o obligated so I chose some I WOULD NEVER WEAR. I CALLED the following day. Told then to cancel that I loved the service I recieved, but just didn't like the glasses. I wouldn't ear them.. and I need them. They did they already ordered them. I did again I just couldn't and I apologize. That was that I thought. I had then send my glasses prescription somewhere else. When I called back to church if they did. He asked me to get him the fax number. I did ABC called back and gave it to them. Today I go to get glasses they advise me THAT BRIGHT EYES CHARGED MY INSURANCE FOR FRAMES AND LENSES. I CAN'T GET ANY TILL 2025.. I'm speechless and feel stupid. They knew they did that and wanted my to get them the fax number. Very professional of this new small business. I call them. He says there's nothing he can do. I can have those glasses or none. So medicaid just let's them charge for glasses I don't have! I'm going to Chevy on that... no one told me you tried to work with Walmart.. I just went there yesterday. The person I talked to at your office yesterday said I pretty much had to have the glasses I don't like. I just like ... never mind you don't carry plain rectangle glasses. He said pretty much to bad., and mad me look bad, he said he never had anyone cancel before. I see what my insurance says. I believe it's wrong and I called next day

Super nice people. Funny, cheerful, and very helpful. Very relatable and friendly. I was a new patient and they got me in 3 days later. Very impressed. Nice selection of glasses. Not too many, which is good! Affordable prices on the frames. Very thorough with the technology they use.
