Eye exams is a procedure to evaluate the functions of the eye that provide normal vision. Namely, how the size, shape, and color of objects are perceived, as well as their location relative to each other. Eye exams are necessary for the timely detection of abnormalities and successful correction. Eye exams include accurate determination of the patient's visual acuity and refraction, intraocular pressure measurements, microscopic examination of the eye (biomicroscopy), pachymetry (corneal thickness measurement), echobiometry (eye length determination), ultrasound eye examination (B-scan), computer keratotopography and thorough retinal (eye fundus) examination with a wide pupil, tear production level determination and detailed visual field examination of the patient. Various methods are used to test vision, the results of which allow the doctor to identify abnormalities and prescribe a correction.

The workers didn’t even bother trying to fix my sunglasses, almost as if he didn’t care. Told me nothing could be done to fix them, i even called days in advance and asked if they could fix the problem. I was told there would be a service fee of around 20$ for the simple fix, which isn’t an issue, i just didn’t like how they dealt with the situation when i came in the store, they didn’t care and kind of joked about me trying to get them fixed. I will never step foot in that store ever again! Awful experience. I came to optical innovations and the gentleman there was able to fix my sunglasses within 2 minutes of me being there, even threw in free lens cleaner and cloth. Didn’t pay a single penny to get my glasses fixed! I highly recommend optical innovations, very friendly and professional! As for romanelli, if i could give zero stars then i would! (It was the bald guy), seems like everyone has had issues with him. He’s very unprofessional and rude! Needs to be fired

Glasses wearer of many glasses for the last 40 years. Bought a pair of Barton's 2 years or so ago and have not worn them often (maybe 30 times) because they get out of alignment very easily. Then last week when opening them, the arm just snapped off. Should have gotten a thicker pair but now out of warranty with broken frames. Frustrating...

Dwight and his team replaced the lenses (we had previously purchased lenses) on my wife's sunglasses for free, and adjusted them! We were so happy with the help/outcome. I tried to give him about $20 for his services and he would not accept. Great store location! I recommend visiting Dwight and his team.
