Eyeglasses are the simplest optical device designed to correct vision; there are also glasses to protect the eyes from various factors (safety glasses). Glasses consist of frames and lenses. Glasses frames are made of plastic, metal and combined. They can be symmetrical, asymmetrical, round, with or without rims and with both rigid and flexible earpieces.
Correcting glasses are a medical optical device for correcting various visual impairments. They are used for correction of refractive error, accommodation disorders and for correction of eye muscular system defects. In cases when ordinary eyeglasses don't give the desired effect special eyeglasses are used. They include telescopic, prismatic, hemianopic glasses as well as magnifying glasses with illuminators.

Liv Murphy | Rating: 5 | Warby Parker North Loop
I visited the Minneapolis Warby Parker store today and had the most wonderful experience. I was able to book a same day appointment with a fantastic doctor. There were plenty of staff to help me if I needed it, but were great about just letting me shop on my own. Lastly, when it came time to check out and purchase my glasses and my prescription sunglasses Milo was absolutely fantastic. They were attentive, thorough, friendly, and, despite having some technical issues getting my insurance information, made the whole process a breeze. In addition, Milo followed up with me about an hour after I left the store to tell me they fixed the issue and could put the order through. Highly recommend this store and the friendly faces in it. Thank you, Minneapolis Warby Parker! - Liv
Jason Lardy | Rating: 5 | SEE Eyewear
I love SEE Eyewear! I've owned 4 pairs of their eyeglasses and have loved every one. The most recent pair had an initial design flaw which caused one lens to not sit securely in the frame. I brought them back and Darcey immediately ordered a replacement pair at no cost. The new pair is perfect. Great product and great service!

Need a break from the mundane? Need inspiration in these challenging times? Want to be reminded what world class customer service is with real people who care about you, your eyesight and your appearance? That’s why we have been going to Specs Optical for years and years. I just had my eyes examined, ordered new lenses for my regular and sunglasses and bought a new pair recommended by Kelly. Super clean and sanitized, temp check at the door. Friendly smiles all around. I feel so much better today. Thanks Kelly and Steven and Bonnie and Raymond and on and on.
