If I could give zero stars I would. This store provides HORRIBLE service. I got turned away my first appointment because staff couldn't pull up my insurance and therefore had to reschedule. I came in for my second appointment and was almost turned away again because they didn't have my insurance. I asked them why they didn't call me before my second appointment a day before if they were having trouble getting my insurance. It ended up being they needed my employer name to pull up my insurance. Ended up proceeding with the eye exam on my second appointment and the gentlemen (Aden I believe it was his name) that was doing my exam was incompetent and unprofessional. Wouldn't answer my questions nor provided clear instructions. Then proceed to wait for over an hour to speak with the eye doctor since it was done over camera call. Took over a month for me to pick up my order because when I called they would say it wasn't in. They had my order the whole time and couldn't find it until I went in person. When I went to pick them up they were straight up rude to me because I was being persistent that my order was here since my notification email said it has arrived. Overall this place needs their staff trained again and front desk Mike really needs to be reverent. I get better service at a McDonalds compared to this place.

Called and made a appointment saying I needed a full dialated eye exam. Never got an email with the paperwork they said they would send me. Told them the same thing about what exam i needed when I arrived. After starting the eye exam I was told they don't do eye dialiation exams here, making this appointment a waste of time and money. I didn't expect the staff to work on commission, but after being tricked into coming in then having glasses pushed at me from the moment I walked in I'm not sure.

Staff is amazing with out a doubt the store is absolutely beautiful. But I can't help to be upset that my glasses Have not been shipped I ordered my glasses 11/30 and its 12/21 and I still have not yet to recieve my glasses very upset. And when I checked them today it still says it's pending.
