Why do eyeglasses cost so much?
Eyeglasses are a complex optical device that is manufactured with high-precision equipment. Often expensive materials are used for the glasses. All of this explains why eyeglasses can be expensive.
What should you do before buying glasses?
Let's look at what to look for when buying eyeglasses. The first is, of course, quality. The second is the choice of lenses of glasses. Here we focus attention on the material: they can be either glass or plastic. The third is the choice of frames.
What's the difference between expensive glasses and cheap glasses for vision?
The quality and accordingly the price of the lens depends on the presence of coatings on the lenses. The higher the price, the more coatings on the lens. Coatings make our vision more comfortable. Lens manufacturers do not stand still and improve the quality of lenses.
How do I know which glasses fit my face?
It's best if the width of the frame is equal to or slightly larger than the widest part of your face. The upper line of the frames should coincide with the line of eyebrows. Smooth shapes of glasses will emphasize rounded curves of the face. To emphasize high cheekbones choose the "butterfly" or "cat-eye" glasses.
Where can I see better with glasses or contact lenses?
With lenses, you can see better, so it turns out that extra obstacles don't distort the image. Lenses don't shed dust, don't catch glare from the sun and don't distort peripheral vision-no matter where we look, the image stays sharp.

It's been over a year and a half since my visit and picking up my glasses. My visit was very rushed and did not start on time. I was made to wait in the parking lot 30 minutes past my appointment time. When I did finally have the appointment it felt very rushed. The optometrist had a horrible attitude and made me feel like she was just getting me done to get me out. When one of the adjustments didn't match the adjustment that the assistant had done beforehand she said "well that's not what you told her!" instead of adjusting it because I had/have astigmatism. I was told I had no astigmatism. When I was pretty sure I did. Today, I finally was able to see another optometrist. My script was way too strong for my right eye causing it to twitch and be overwhelmed. Bad headaches. Oh, and I do have an astigmatism. My script was all wrong with this place I would not recommend any one to waste time or money here. If you have delt with this place and have issues with your eyes or glasses. Try a second opinion.

I really hate leaving bad comments but the Dr he needs to stop being so fast and learn to listen to the patient, he gave me the wrong prescriptions twice once with glasses and this year with contacts and the response was oh just wear them and get used to them. I finally asked for another Dr she was awesome she was very polite and moved slower to let my eyes adjust the contacts she recommended was perfect unfortunately poor customer service has led me to cancel my order, I asked to ship to store because my information was incorrect not sure where they are. There needs to be diversity in there all women some are just rude and others are helpful even the office person needs better manners. I will not be returning to that location.

I went in today to get the two for $79.95, these glasses are for my brother who my mother has neglected. The manager had recommended I get a warranty, that’s fine, I understand warranties and upselling. However, when I told her that the sale was all that I can afford, she looked at me with disgust, and rudely dropped my change off to the employee that was helping us. Once I pick up these lenses for him, I will no longer do business with this company.

I had a concern with money that I had spent previously for contacts and did not agree with the first answer I had received. Krystal interjected and thoroughly answered my concern and clarified the matter with the utmost professionalism. Following my exam she was AWESOME in walking me through the product available to me and helping me make my product selection. I have been an americas best customer for 10 years and this is by far the best customer service experience I have had with the business! Thanks again for everything!
